Story
Hello!
The last time I was surrounded by the beautiful landscape of Nepal was in 2012/2013 when I took on my first biggest challenge of going to Everest Base Camp. This absolutely changed my life.
The 19 day trek through World Expeditions had me undertake the altitude challenges, brought me close to like minded travelers and introduced me to the local culture and what it had to offer.
Getting the opportunity to go back to a different location in Nepal is a dream come true, not to mention this time I get to raise funds in the lead up for a charity that I care about - Oxfam Australia. Oxfam support countries across the globe and work directly with the communities affected by poverty to overcome the challenges they face.
Having taken part in the Oxfam Trailwalker in Sydney and New Zealand and volunteering with them over the years, I am really proud to represent them in this upcoming trek. Donations made through this platform are secure and will be remitted directly through to Oxfam Australia.
